Dear Mr. Vasu
I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at Communication for Life, especially Ms Jona, for being such a great help to my son Enzo, since he first attended the speech therapy sessions at your centre about a year ago.
Enzo has improved tremendously throughout the year. Even the Child Development Doctor at KK Hospital was amazed by his great improvement. I am so glad that I have chosen Communication for Life and Ms Jona to attend to his speech therapy.
Ms Jona has been very encouraging and understanding. We all know that every child is different. While most of the normal kids can adapt easily to a standard teaching method, children with special needs are a bit hard to deal with. Ms Jona was very observant and right after 1 or 2 sessions, she already knew what works best for Enzo. She was able to conduct the therapy sessions creatively, using toys and tools that suit Enzo’s interest, and help him to learn and improve. There were times when Enzo was not in the right mood to follow the planned activities. Ms Jona was very flexible and able to tailor and adjust the syllabus accordingly to re-gain his interest. Her therapy sessions are always interesting and enjoyable. Enzo was always looking forward for the Saturday sessions with
Ms Jona.
To Ms Jona, I want to express my sincere appreciations. She needs to know that she had had a great impact in helping my son to improve his quality of life. He is now able to verbally express his needs and opinions. Can even correct me when I am wrong! I do hope that he can adapt well in the mainstream school when it’s time for him to attend the primary school. And hope that Ms Jona and your team can continue to help the other children with special needs to improve their language ability and improve their quality of life. Please give yourself a pat at your shoulder for all the great job!
Yours sincerely,
Chia Ling & Enzo |

Dear Vasu
Just to let you know that we are leaving Singapore for good.
I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for your hard work, and all your love and dedication you have given to Tommy. This has contributed a great improvement in Tommy’s development. Your training will help us a long way to carry on the rest of our journey with him.
Because of the methods and techniques you taught us, Tommy now has a greater variety of food choices. He is just like any other kid when we take him to the restaurant, he will order nuggets, hotdogs or cheese pizza. But still his favorite one is French fries.
Wish you and the team all the very best in the future and God bless you all.
Regards,
Laela Herzog

Dear Jona
I am so excited to share with you what Mao did last night, and today! Last night, when I was giving him a bath, suddenly he said "mama!" in entirely perfect pronunciation. I was kind of surprised. I asked him to repeat and he did! He just said peacefully, and happily, mama, mama, mama... And giggled at our enthusiasm. Prior to this, the only time “mama” was heard was in moments of desperation. He would scream “ma, ma, ma, ma, ma...” But this time it was obviously intentional, voluntary and super clear! (only attended sessions a couple of times)
Even it was just one more word to his mini vocabulary, I was almost in tears. It is so heart-warming! Just want to thank you for your work, patience and the tips. I think you would be very happy to hear this too, so I couldn’t wait to email you. We were encouraging him to say, “Baba,” as well, but seemed Daddy has to wait a little longer.
And, he blew the bubbles! (blow bubble from the loop, not the re-catched bubbles!
Best

From Darren's Parent
"My 5 year old son, Darren, has been attending the Social Pragmatic Skills Course for 6 months already. Both his kindergarten teachers and I have seen vast improvement in his socialisation and communication skills. He has been more motivated and willing to initiate play with other kids and hence been able to interact better with peers of his age.
I do recommend this course to young children who have some amount of communication skills, but are still weak in group dynamics or peer-to-peer communication/play."
